President
Andrew “Andy” Howley joined the Robert S. Howley Company in 2010. Prior to joining the family business, Andy spent seven years at American Electric Power where he served as a substation field engineer in Victoria, TX, and later in the Substation Standards group in Gahanna, OH. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ohio Northern University and an MBA from the University of Houston. He has also completed the Certified Professional Manufacturers’ Representative (CPMR) program and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Ohio. Outside Sales
Zach joined the company in 2015 after working several years for a Columbus safety distributor. Zach studied Interactive Multimedia at Columbus State and completed the Certified Sales Professional program in 2021. In his early role at the Howley Company Zach became a specialist with electrical distribution products. Zach was promoted in 2022 to be our Outside Salesman in Michigan. Glen Banks

Glen began his career at Kentucky Utilities after receiving a BSEE degree from the University of Kentucky. Upon leaving in 2000, Glen held several manufacturing and sales roles at Kuhlman, ABB, and Arteche Instrument Transformers. Tony Myers joined the company in 2008 after working in the engineering sales department of a Columbus wholesale distributor. Tony brings valuable inside sales, customer service, and administration skills to the company. In 2014 Tony was promoted to Outside Sales. Tony is a Certified Sales Professional (CSP).Ashley Collins
Outside Sales
Prior to joining the Howley team in 2025, Ashley had a long career at FirstEnergy in a prominent Supply Chain role. During this time she was responsible for the procurement of major equipment and developed extensive experience in supplier relations and strategic sourcing. Now covering the NE Ohio and Western PA region, Ashley brings deep industry knowledge and strong local ties to the area. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found on the sidelines, enthusiastically supporting her children’s sports activities. Ashley has a Business degree from the University of Akron.Donita Westman
Reconciliation Manager
Donita joined the company in 2013 after working as an inside sales/sales finance assistant for a Columbus-based tech start-up. Previously, Donita taught public school music, where she honed her administrative & communication skills. Donita is a 2003 graduate of Ohio Northern University.Kathryn Neff
Sales Support
Kati joined the company in 2015 after working for several years with a safety equipment distributor. Previous to her distribution career, Kati was a store manager in a local retail business. Her key role at this position involved bookkeeping, inventory control, and PO/invoice functions. Kati attended Columbus State with a Business Management concentration.Chad Boggs
Sales Support
Chad joined the company in 2022 and is our distribution products specialist. Prior to the Howley Company, Chad worked for a petroleum equipment distributor, the State of Ohio’s Division of Weights and Measures, and for the City of Columbus Fleet Management Division as a Certified CNG fuel systems inspector. Chad graduated from ITT Technical Institute in 2007 with an Applied Science degree in Computer Electronics Engineering Technology. In his spare time, Chad enjoys restoring vintage motorcycles.Taylor Bair
Sales Support
Taylor joined the company in 2024 with over five years’ experience in a professional childcare setting, including two years as Assistant Director. This experience and another five years in retail has given her a strong customer service background. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys riding and training horses at her home. Robert S Howley Jr, CPMR
Past President
Robert Jr. served the electrical utility industry for over 35 years as President of the Robert S. Howley Company. Prior to joining the company Bob graduated from the University of Notre Dame and was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Other work experience includes employment by the University of Notre Dame and University of Dayton public relations departments. He retired in 2014 after a successful career. Bob passed away in 2022 after a long illness.
